[Elecraft] Updating Elecraft apps for Apple silicon

Hi,

I just got a notification from macOS that I needed to update the Elecraft
KX3 Utility app to a Universal or Apple silicon version, since support for
Intel-based apps will be (mostly) ending in macOS 28.

Does Elecraft have plans to create Universal or Apple silicon versions of
these apps?
