[Elecraft] K3 VFO Lock Issue

I have noticed an issue with the VFO LNK setting.  Since the K3 is really
on maintenance, I am not expecting any software updates regarding this, I
was more curious to know whether this behavior has been noticed before.
When the VFO LNK is set to ON, it should have VFO B track the VFO A knob,
just not phase locked as in the diversity mode.  When it is set and DISP is
tapped to display Voltage, Current, Time, etc. the VFO B knob is not
responsive.  It seems that the LNK function disables the VFO B knob whether
the knob is functioning as a VFO knob or as the selector for the display.
Not a big deal, just not expected.
