[Elecraft] Update on K4 Spectral Subtraction Noise Reduction (SSNR) and Startup Macro capability

Many of you have heard demos of the K4's new SSNR feature, and we know
you're anxious to try it. I'm happy to report that we just provided a
software update to our Field Test group that includes SSNR. With any luck
this means there'll be a beta release soon.

This release also includes startup macro capability, allowing you to do
things like turn off SPLIT, RIT, XIT, TEST, VFO LINK, or other settings at
power-up. You can launch at a specific frequency and mode, set AF GAIN to
zero, etc. The K4 Programmer's Reference lists all of the many commands
available for customization.
