[Elecraft] KH1 VFO tuning gone! THANKS!!!! GOT IT....The XMIT RIT was "ON" DUH!!

Hello all,
Got a new KH1 a few days ago and needless to say, trying to figure it out.
Accidentally turned on that SW tones option and thankfully I found out how to turn it off!

Anyway, I tapped or held something wrong, now the receiver won't tune. Stuck on my last freq of 14.060. C +.00X.....top row.
When I try the VFO knob, it changes that +.00X figure in the top row, right side.
What did I mess up now??
