[Elecraft] KX1 Rotary Encoder spare

Yeah Paul, I'm not really sure why the manual states that. This is an 18 
PPR version. I got that part number from the bill of material database 
at Elecraft. Since I am offsite, I just wanted to get my own order since 
I replace a number of them throughout the year.
