[Elecraft] KX1 Rotary Encoder spare

Hi Paul,

I do the service for the KX1 through my company W8FGU Services, LLC and 
for Elecraft. I found a good supply of those through DigiKey. Their part 
number is PEC11R-4015F-S0018. It is an exact match and I've been using 
them for a couple of years now. Hopefully you can source one over there. 
If not, it is our part number E640018.
