Steve,

The board level and the instructions level are not necessarily linked 
together - in most cases, they are not linked at all.

So, just proceed with the Rev. C manual instructions and you should be 
just fine.
As far as I know, there has been no changes to the KIO2 board other than 
the initial field test model, so Rev B should be the latest board version.
