[Elecraft] Noise Nuller

Make sure your UPS units are turned off when you go battery.  I have a 
noise that is pretty much over EU and I am nearly certain now that it is 
in the shack and fairly certain it would be a ups. I don't want to tear 
stuff apart during 6m ES season.
