Good Evening,

    Both bands had a moderate level of noise.  There was a little QSB on 
twenty meters; a little more on forty.  The Midwest is reporting 
unpleasant weather.  Even Texas and Georgia had wintry reports.  The 
worst are ice storms.  I hope your antennas survive.


   On 14050.5 kHz at 2300z:
