Chester, you're 110% right but, painful as it is, we need to keep politics and philosophy out of our radio groups. Hams have done a mostly admirable job of this, online and in meetings. It's the only way our great hobby can survive and be fun for all! Most of my friends are hams and most of my chatgroups are radio related, so I have a hard time keeping quiet, but it's still the right thing to do.
Hang in there; the worm will turn.

Whoa! Have you checked your triode neutralization? Maybe your spurious
emissions are interfering with your third order harmonics or your
impedance values are out-of-spec? Perhaps a re-evaluation of your basic
circuit design and/or the actual component placement will resolve some
of the instability issues you seem to be experiencing. Are you using a
Colpitts oscillator and maybe should use a Hartley? Maybe consider a
crystal controlled phase locked loop with high stability circuitry. At
least this would resolve frequency instability, though the circuitry
expressed with vacuum tube technology is a bit cumbersome and power
hungry! At any rate, I hope that your issues can be resolved!
