[Elecraft] KAT-500 Config File Format

I have been informed that you can get all of the Tuner memory 
information using the KAT-500 app. You must go to the KAT-500 Command 
Reference Manual for instructions, and it makes it very easy to get what 
is needed for debugging purposes.
