[Elecraft] CQ WW in full swing -- 15 meters still wide open

Public service announcement  :-)

If you're not on the air you're missing out on some pretty amazing DX right
now in CQ WW. In the space of a few kHz of 21 MHz I heard XV, YB, 9V, and
other relative novelties. 20 and 40 m are also packed. I'm working most of
what I can hear with 10 W and a vertical, so the bands are definitely open.
