[Elecraft] K3S-to-Computer Communication Failure

I have found undesirable interaction between the K3s USB port and the 
serial port. I think they use the same computer Com Port. My first step 
is to remove the P3 from the setup, and see if I can get the computer to 
talk to the K3.
