Good Evening,

    Twenty meters had a moderate to high level of noise.  It rose over 
time.  Moderate amounts of QSB too.  Forty meters had less noise and 
less QSB.  I did not hear any thunderstorm noise.


   On 14050.5 kHz at 2200z:

   On 7047.5 kHz at 0000z:
