[Elecraft] Elecraft Digest, Vol 264, Issue 6

I have a new Elecraft K4d.  It is not booting correctly.  About 5 or 7
times it boots with no waterfall.  blank screen.  An error message flashes
for the briefest time saying  DCC-1 missing..  I turn it off and then it
usually boots up normally.  What gives?
