[Elecraft] KX1 Rotary Encoder spare

Well, Digikey didn't hang around with their shipping - I received the 
new part a few days ago, and this afternoon I removed the old one and 
fitted the new one. Everything is now working as expected. First test of 
the radio: I called CQ on 20m, and was picked up in Sicily - not bad for 
2.5w from North Wales!
