[Elecraft] KPA1500 Wake on LAN Subnet Restriction?

Answering as a retired network guy, WoL only works on the same subnet.
The WoL packet is a non-routable broadcast packet.
A simple google search agreed with me, and also had some tricks you can
do with fancier switch/router hardware to get it to work. I never did
work with Ubiquiti so I don't know if you're able to do any of those
tricks.
