[Elecraft] On/off power - KPA1500

Suddenly, without me doing anything, the KPA1500 no longer powers up or down with the K4D. I have to use the power button on the KPA.
Everything else works OK. I have unplugged and plugged back on all the various cables.
What menu settings affect this?
Clue?
