[Elecraft] Elecraft CW Net non-report

Good Evening,

    I attempted starting both the twenty and forty meter nets. There was 
no space left due to the Sweepstakes contest.  Next week we can try the 
new times and see how they work.  Local sunset is now at the 40 meter 
net time.  This should be interesting.
