[Elecraft] ECN Time Change Errata

Early this morning I found my clocks changing.  I had missed the change 
from Daylight Savings to Standard Time.  The Senate passed the bill to 
eliminate it but the House has yet to vote on it.  So we get another 
year of changes.

Here are the winter times for the Elecraft CW Nets:

14050 kHz at 2300z Sunday  (3 PM PST Sunday)
  7047 kHz at 0100z Monday  (5 PM PST Sunday)
