Wayne,

On a personal note in early 2023 I’ve adopted a new diet (keto) and lost 60 lbs! I’m feeling so good and literally all of my aches and pains have vanished. I haven’t even caught a cold since then. Now, I actually can go for a hike with a 4-lb radio (gasps from the gram weenies) and be enjoyable. I’m 59, my BMI is 23 and I’m 6’-4”. I challenge our population to loose some weight buy a portable radio, get outside, and move. You won’t believe how good you can feel.

72,
Myron WVØH
