[Elecraft] My Elecraft K3 and P3 combination

Hello everyone from Rob G3XFD in Dorset in England. Since I retired as
Editor of the UK’s Amateur Radio magazine Practical Wireless in 2013 I have
really enjoyed using my Elecraft K3 and the P3 Pan Adapter combination.
The K3 is a superb transceiver and I’ve had such pleasure from using it.
However, my P3’s screen display is now failing and I am wondering if any
other P3 users have had a similar problem? The display first became
intermittent (regarding colours displayed) with the top of the screen with
the frequency read-out bring lost. Now, the display is becoming quite dim
and is failing. Can anyone offer me any advice please?

I have Emailed Elecraft Support regarding the problem…. but I’ve not heard
back from the yet. So, I’m hoping that .i can meet other K3 owners who
might help…I certainly love this rig and want to keep the combination busy
on the bands!
