[Elecraft] Different max power on different bands

On my K4, I just noticed that the maximum power output on every band except 15 meters is less than 100 watts.The external power meter as well as the internal meter agree.  This was all tested using a 50 ohm dummy load.160 - 49 watts, 80 - 68 watts, 40 - 74 watts, 20 - 85 watts, 15 - 110 watts, 10 - 94 watts, 6 - 22 wattsThis just started yesterday.
