[Elecraft] Elecraft Digest, Vol 251, Issue 7

My rule of thumb is if the radio is still in production, is to add up the
total cost today as if new, then divide by two. Next move up or down in
price according to condition,  age and the desire to sell. Just my thots,
others my vary.
