Good Evening,

    Both bands had slow, moderately deep QSB.  They also had low noise.  
Signals were very clear and easy to copy over a quiet background.  There 
was some storm noise on 40 meters but it was not a problem.

    The time change is coming next weekend.  ECN will revert to daylight 
savings time settings.


   On 14050.5 kHz at 2300z:
