[Elecraft] K3 no effective TX on 10MHz bands

You can always try the "physical reset maneuver" method.  With a 
non-shorting tool (wooden pencil), sharply tap the relay being 
tested.  😉  Only the amount of energy used, changes according to size 
(smacks works on kids too!  😛).

But check the RF path, most relays (as I recall) pass received RF too 
(so deafness is a clue to localize the issue cause).

While you're in there, one at a time, unplug, replug each TMP connector 
(so you don't lose track of where it goes) as a general maintenance move 
because they can get a layer of crud over time. Connector pull, NOT the 
wire/s.
