A few years ago, the NCDXC put together a series of "courses" as part of an Elmering project.  Many of these presentations were recorded and are available here:

The NCDXC had offered several Elmer courses during late 2017, early 2018. We have decided to leave these up for future reference as many topics will be relevant for years to come. During the 2018 IDXC in Visalia, CA the team was honored with Member of the Year award for all of their efforts.

There are a couple of minutes of 'prep' and Webex 'joining tones' at the beginning of my two presentations and likely most of the others.
