[Elecraft] Remote Question

It is up to the station owner as to what call is used.  The remote operator
must stay within his privleges if he signs hid call.

If the station owner is not monitoring/at the controls of the station, then
they are not a "control operator".  Simply being in the same room on
another band does not count.
