[Elecraft] CESSB (was Re: Software Update for KX3)

I strongly agree with Jim, K9YC on this approach.

I'm not sure what exactly CESSB does, although I've read and studied the 
documents, but killing the low end and using an appropriate amount of 
CMP does a great job of pushing the equivalent PEP  to a much higher 
level.  That makes a 100 watt PEP radio sound like a 2000 watt PEP 
radio.   That, my friends, is 13 dB.  My K3S does a wonderful job in 
this regard.  The only thing I use are the features and TX EQ found in 
the radio.
