[Elecraft] KX3 battery holder wiring

I had to lift the battery holders to see where the hidden wires went.

For both battery holders the positive of cell 1  is linked to the negative of cell 4 by a hidden black wire.  The holder output is from the positive of cell 4 and the negative of cell 3 and is the sum of the voltage of all 4 cells.

The cells are in series order 4(+), 1, 2, 3(-).

Numbering sequence for the cells is arbitrary but sequential right to left as I was viewing each holder with BNC RF connector on my left.
