[Elecraft] K3 low pwr only [solved]

There are MANY versions of the KPA3.
He has a KPA3"A" rev C
The fix is to replace R5 with a leaded 100 ohm 3 watt resistor.
(and check R6 for same issue).
For anyone working on theirs, I can try to find the exact schematic if 
needed.
