[Elecraft] Build year of K3S

The K3S was announced at Dayton Hamvention 2015:

I know because our club got our K3 in March 2015 and then next month the K3S
was announced.  They started at serial number 10000 with the K3S (I am
mostly sure of that SN start).  Therefore 10096 would be 2015 (probably
mid-year).

Hi Ken,

Elecraft support can probably tell you when they sold that serial number
K3S.

Other than that, folks here on the reflector telling you when they purchased
their serial number and getting an approximate date from their responses.

My K3S serial # 10629 was purchased in May 2013.

Your serial number 10096 was one of the first K3Ss. When Elecraft started
shipping the K3S they started with serial number 10000.

Based on your serial number and mine and when I purchased 10629, my guess is
that 10096 was probably sold in early 2012.
