Good Evening,

    Both bands had a variety of QSB.  I rarely heard a flutter. It 
varied from slow to moderate speeds, not enough to chop up characters.  
Then, on 40 meters, the band was changing by the minute.  On 20 meters 
those farther away had slower QSB, while those closer had a faster 
variety.  On 40 meters this was reversed.  According to my limited poll 
winter is upon us.  It is the shortest day of the year; only six months 
until the next solstice.


   On 14050.5 kHz at 2300z:

   On 7047.5 kHz at 0100z:
