[Elecraft] 60m Rule Change Question

Primary in this band is the military. They have ways of eliminating QRM that you probably won’t like, if you actually realize what hit you. The technology is way cool, though.
Don’t get on before the requisite 30 days. We could lose the band before we even get it.
