Thanks to everyone who answered my grounding screw question! Until I sort my junk box full of small screws, nuts, washers etc, it was easier to go to Lowe’s and buy some 4-40, 6-32 and 8-32 hardware. BTW here’s what the AI wizards said:

6-32 x .5 in appears to be the correct size and length.
