Good Evening,

    Twenty meters was noisy.  QSB was deep and propagation was poor.  
Signals were stronger on forty meters while storm noise was higher.  QSB 
was less severe.  I wonder if the sun flared today?

    A volcano on the Kamchatka Peninsula is spewing lots of dust high 
into the atmosphere.  If I am viewing wind flow across the Gulf of 
Alaska correctly, the dust field will arrive in the Pacific Northwest 
midweek.  Depending on how fast the particulates fall to the earth, 
weather could be cooler than normal soon.


   On 14050.5 kHz at 2200z:
