[Elecraft] help whit KDSP

Oscar,

As I recall, one of the tantalum capacitors on one of the voltage regulators on the DSPx module can fail with this sort of noise as the symptom.

It has been many years since I dealt with this product so I apologize that I can’t specify which capacitor.
