[Elecraft] P3 Waterfall

Hi Fred,

The P3 manual is available on-line:

If the waterfall window is there but not showing any signals, then my 
first guess is that REF LVL and perhaps SCALE are set so that the noise 
floor is off the botttom of the screen.
