[Elecraft] Question about 120 volts vs. 240 volts house supply toKPA 500

I saw this last night and was concerned then...  I heard no mention of a 
sub-panel, but I DID hear a 240 line and 2 x 120 lines...  You CANNOT 
have this safely without a sub-panel AND a bonded 2-phase breaker if you 
are going to use 240 downstream of the breakers....
