[Elecraft] help finishing K2 tuner kit

Thanks to the many who responded to my request for help. A tribute to 
the fraternal community that is made up of Elecraft hams. Selecting 
someone to complete the work was a bit like picking a name out of a hat; 
I'm sure that all could/would complete the job satisfactory. When I get 
the turner installed and operating I'll always remember the 
circumstances of its construction with a warm heart and a smile on my face.
