[Elecraft] Power setting issue

act of turning on and off the KPA1500 or KPA500 should not change the power in the K3 or K4. Changing the amp from STBY to OPER should cause that change assuming the K3/K4 has the proper configuration. Did you switch the KPA150 to OPER?
