Probably. If it is exactly the way you describe, then it should work with K3 and K4 Aux I/O.
What are you connecting to?

What is a DB-13? Do you mean HD-15 (or DE-15), the high density connector on the 
back of the K3 for Aux I/O (as in the first question)?
