[Elecraft] Preparing for an KPXA100

Howdy, I'm
I've been using my KX3 since about July of this year. Mostly digital on FT8
at ~5w with a tuned ENFW but also on SSB... still uncomfortable with
sending CW.

There have been a few instances when I want to reach out(TX) a bit further
on digital as well as SSB when I can clearly receive the other station but
can't get my signal out. My current goals are to:

   - upgrade my QRP antennas (~20W) to Dipoles and ENFW that will take
   100W.
   - upgrade my mobile power to handel the 13.8V needed for the KPA100
   - Convert over to an anderson power pole system for all mobile and home
   powers cables

Power Questions:

   - What is the difference between the amp 30-45 ratings for the power
pole? I was intending to use 30amp power pole connectors and 25A fuses on
any custom cables from any battery setup. Other ideas/Advice? It seems that
the diffrenect is in the gauge of wire used and thus 15-30-40 amp
connectors and ports should all work together.
   - When using a 12V LiFePo battery in the field, what are the best
   options for power?
      - The DC to DC boost converters I've used "drift" as input of a fully
charged LifePO4 discharges from near 14v to 12v...10v. Is there a
workaround to supplying 14-10vDC to a stable output of 13.8vDC?
      - An AC inverter to a AC-DC power supply like the powerwex seems like
it could spoil a very low RF environment like a POTA activation. Plus it
would be gear heavy and something I'm trying to avoid.
      - Are there any other options when supplying power to a KPA100 in the
      field?
      - What about the non-optimal but "it-still-works" options?
      - Any obvious points I may be missing?

Antenna Questions.

Will the Poly-stealth 26 wire be ok when using 100w.? I'm looking at
building a 100w EFHW using K6ARK's or MM0OPX's designs(56:1) on the
Fair-Rite 2643251002 Toroid.

CW does seem like the better solution but thanks in advance for any help.

Cheers & 73, KK7GJM
