[Elecraft] TX audio spectral level [was Re: K3 sidetone level]

There is a ham, KC9VKV, Jim, that is on 7.188 MHz LSB from 3:30-5pm ET 
that will do an aircheck to help anyone set their TX EQ properly.  He 
has a scope that zeroes in on the audio spectrum of your transmitted 
signal and will coach you to make changes to your TX EQ to get good 
articulation on the air.

I've used him for my Heil HC-4 headset on my K3s, and now with a Koss 
SB-40 headset on my K4D.
