[Elecraft] Microphone suggestions for K3

Many thanks to all who replied with good information.  I am experimenting
with several microphone options, including MC-60, Electrovoice 638, Shure
450, Heil HM-10, Ten-Tec 705, and Icom SM-50.  I will make sure to update
you with what I find.
