Hi Carlos,

Since there is zero voltage measured
on either terminal 1 or 2 of transformer
T2, I would look at RFC4 and test continuity
there.  It could be that RFC4 is now open.
Keep tracing the voltage along that +12V
rail back to the point where it supplies
the Q7 and Q8 collectors via the transformer
T3.
