[Elecraft] K3S trouble

Have you tried:
	Pressing the XMIT/TUNE button.  For TUNE you have to hold in down for a few seconds.  

The transmitter should then transmit a power output intended for tuning.  

Second test:
	Press the XMIT button, just a quick push.  Then try the key.
