[Elecraft] K2 receive problem

I have the following problem with my K2, when I switch on the K2, sometimes the 40m band is deaf. If I then switch to 30m and back to 40m, the reception is good again. Or if I switch on the transmitter in the 40m and go back to reception, the reception is normal again. Does anyone have any idea where I should look for this?
