Good Evening,

    It is indeed summer.  High temperatures turned the bright green of 
spring into mature growth.  More hummingbirds arrived.  I saw eight of 
them clustered around the feeder shortly after dawn. By sunrise they had 
dispersed to the nearby fireweed.

    The sun is a little less active.  No CMEs to speak of but flux is 
still high.  There are a few large sunspot groups which may erupt before 
they pass over the limb.  A stream of solar wind will hit some time 
tomorrow.  Hopefully it won't be too noisy.
