Good Evening,

    After a series of very cold days winter has returned to normal.  In 
other words it is raining, foggy, and the snow is melting.  I expect the 
snow to be gone by Wednesday at this rate. The storms shook the trees 
and filled the snow with seeds.  Now birds are taking advantage by 
eating them as they are exposed.

    The sun has been quiet for two weeks.  That string was broken today 
by an earth directed CME due on the 22nd.  Tomorrow's nets should have 
low QSB with moderate levels of noise.  The sun set here today at 5:01 
PM.  Propagation on forty meters changes during the 40 meter net due  to 
the sun angle.  The next month will show even more change.
